Romanian Pehart Tec starts up new tissue machine |

SC Pehart Tec SA has brought on stream a new tissue production line at its plant in Petresti, the Alba county, Romania. The TM#7 is an AHEAD 2.0S line from Toscotec with an overall capacity of 110 tpd
The Petresti mill has a long tradition in paper production and was included in MG-Tec Group, headquartered in Dej- Cluj county, in 2005. Since than the mill restarted production with the installation of a 60 ton/day tissue machine and in order to satisfy the growing demand for domestic and export markets, has finalized contracts for this new step of expansion with a 25 million Euro investment plan.

Syrian Arapepco complete PM rebuild - |

 Arab Company for Paper Product (Arapepco) has successfully completed and started-up a major rebuilding of the paper machine installed in Aleppo - Syria.
The Italian company Toscotec carried out the rebuilding that included a new approach flow system, vacuum plant modification, a new headbox, a major rebuilding of the fourdrinier and the dryer section upgrading with the installation of 12 new steel dryer cylinders (TT SD 1500). A rewinder was also part of the scope of supply.

 WEPA Professional Piechowice has chosen Toscotec to improve their PM1 Fourdrinier paper machine.
The aim of the rebuild is to increase the quality level and the energy efficiency to meet the increased customer demands also for 1ply hand-towels.
