Toscotec produces complete drying sections, designed and manufactured to reduce investment cost to a minimum and engineered in accordance with the requirements of the finished product. Single-felted drying sections can be supplied in order to reduce paper breaks and to improve drying efficiency.

The development of this configuration has led Toscotec to the installation of grooved rolls, with a “slalom” felt configuration, to optimize paper stabilization.

However, whenever it is possible to install drying groups with two felts, these groups are engineered and delivered in a compact and high performance configuration.
