Toscotec proposes TT SizePress units with horizontal and inclined design. The pond level control and an innovative distribution system allow for a perfect dosing of starch, caolin or glue solutions on one or both paper sides. TT SizePress features an optimal penetration of size in the paper providing a higher strength (RCT, CMT, burst, etc.).

Toscotec developed calander units a line up of calander units for any need of surface treatment required by Paper & Board producers in case the require either a Matt finish or a Gloss surface. For this reason Toscotec developed a wide range of units with two or more nips, with hard or soft rolls. Recently Toscotec staff developed the “TT HeatCalander” with a swimming roll operating against a heated cylinder: this arrangement delivers a perfect control of paper quality also at high operating speed.
