TT Former
A top dewatering unit with three suction sections acting over the fourdrinier section. This unit is designed to improve paper dewatering, to enhance the mechanical characteristics of the product and to increase basis weight range and operating speed.
Thanks to the possibility to adjust a broad number of parameters, the TT Former can be finely tuned to customize the finished product. This unit is designed for easy installation on existing paper machines, which creates the opportunity to significantly shorten the length of the wire section.
In addition, improved fiber distribution in the cross direction achieved by the TT Former enhances paper smoothness and thickness.
