TT PressureScreen

Information

The TT PressureScreen is a vertical screen designed to be installed in the approach flow system. Thanks to its design and configuration, this unit can be used with a wide range of raw materials. The screening effect of the TT PressureScreen is excellent thanks to the centrifugal action of the foil rotor that has a special shape designed to enhance fibre selection and contaminants separation. Moreover the special rotor reduces pressure pulsations to the minimum. The unit is completely manufactured in stainless steel and the high level of engineering allows to reduce to the minimum the required maintenance downtime. In addition, the basket can be replaced without dismantling the rotor. The versatility of the TT PressureScreen is highlighted by the possibility to fit this unit with a wide range of filtering baskets with holes of various diameter or with slots, thus having different filtration efficiencies.
