AHEAD-1.5S is a tissue machine in Crescent Former configuration offering a max gross production of 85 tpd (95 tpd in the two-press solution) and an operating speed of 1700 mpm.
Every single component is designed to optimize accessibility and improve maintenance procedures. The AHEAD-1.5S is available with a Steel Yankee Dryer with diameters from 12’ (3660 mm) to 15’ (4572 mm), and as such, this unit provides extremely flexible production ranging from economy waste paper based products to high quality tissue from 100% virgin pulp.
AHEAD-1.5S may be supplied along with a complete set of auxiliary equipment for a highly customizable “turn-key” solution.

The AHEAD-1.5S unit is also available in the ES format, which is able to guarantee a max gross production of 68 tpd at 1300-1500 mpm.
