AHEAD-1.5M is a tissue machine in Crescent Former configuration offering a max gross production of 105 tpd (120 tpd in the two-press solution) and a max operating speed up to 1600 mpm.
Every single component is designed to optimize accessibility and improve maintenance procedures. The AHEAD-1.5M is available with a TT SteelDryer with diameters from 12’ (3660 mm) to 15’ (4572 mm), and as such provides extremely flexible production ranging from economy waste paper based products to high quality tissue from 100% virgin pulp.
AHEAD-1.5M can be supplied with a complete set of auxiliary equipment for a highly customizable “turn-key” solution.

The AHEAD-1.5M is also available in ES format, which is able to guarantee a max gross production of 70-83 tpd at 1320-1500 mpm.
