AHEAD represents a family of tissue machines which offer the highest level of technology and daily production ranging from 90 to 250 tons.
Thanks to their design flexibility, all the models in the AHEAD range may be customized in order to comply with the broadest production requirements both for raw materials and finished product quality. The standard design comprises a single press installation, in order to maintain tissue bulk, although a two press solution is also available.

Great care was used in the development of a wide range of solutions designed to increase the efficiency and runnability of AHEAD machines as well as to optimize accessibility of the units to minimize maintenance requirements.

Each AHEAD unit can be equipped with all the necessary ancilliary equipment for “turn-key” supply.

The family includes the following models: AHEAD-1.5S, AHEAD-1.5M, AHEAD-2.0S, AHEAD-2.0M, AHEAD-2.0L.

AHEAD-1.5 units are also available in the Energy saving (ES) format.
