MODULO represents the evolution of a concept developed during the 80’s: designing a truly modular tissue machine incorporating the latest technical solutions. MODULO innovative concept is the possibility to install on site preassembled sections of the tissue machines thus substantially reducing transportation costs and erection time. This concept is extended to the whole plant engineering including auxiliary components and stock preparation system.

MODULO is proposed in two different sizes: MODULO and MODULO-PLUS for a daily production of 50 and 75 tons per day respectively (in single press solutions). Both units are designed to operate with virgin pulp and/or waste paper and both units may be supplied with a complete package of auxiliary plants for a “turn-key package” supply.

Standard design foresees one press installation, in order to maintain bulk on tissue, even if two presses solution is also available for MODULO-PLUS.

MODULO and MODULO-PLUS units could be also available in the Energy saving solutions (ES).
