The ever growing demand for higher quality and softer products and the need to operate at higher production speeds, are among the key factors that led Toscotec to design its current Pope reels. TT Reel-P and TT Reel-H are the optimum solution for modern tissue machines. Thanks to an improved tail threading system and reel change procedure it is possible to substantially increase process efficiency, while retaining precise control of the entire reel winding phase and enhance the quality of finished products.
The next generation of hydraulic reels TT Reel-H+ offered by Toscotec can be equipped as an option with enhanced automatic reel spools return, full width turn up, core drive assist and linear secondary arms.
