Toscotec S.p.A., as a Voith Group company, operates in accordance with the Group’s ethical and compliance principles, while maintaining and implementing its own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, its related Code of Ethics and the whistleblowing safeguards established under Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023.
