TT Hood

Our TT Hoods are cross-nozzle box type, designed to meet a wide range of drying needs. They are available in multiple configurations to smoothly integrate with TT Burners.

Key features:

• Multiple energy sources: available as suction only, or to be heated by steam (150–220°C), diathermic oil (250–350°C), electricity (300–530°C), or a range of fossil fuels (350–700°C)
• Gas turbine integration: utilizes exhaust for hood heating and steam generation
• High-speed impingement air: features adjustable velocity to meet any drying requirements
• Thermal expansion management: avoids any stress coming from thermal expansion
• Retraction systems: available with either electric motors or cylinders (pneumatic or hydraulic)
• Automatic washing roof: prevents dust accumulation reducing fire risk and ensuring cleanliness
• Operator safety: high-quality insulation saves energy and maintains low contact temperature
• Custom layout: mono/duo system configurations (parallel, cascade, or hybrid) to suit plant design and performance goals
