TT ElectricBoiler is our electric-powered steam generation system, designed to deliver high efficiency, precise load response, and full-integration with energy recovery systems.
Key features:
- Chimney-free design: eliminates flue gas losses, resulting in about 10% of direct energy savings
- Full SCR control: SCR technology ensures a long equipment lifespan and a precise response to variable load demands
- Integrated energy recovery: can be integrated with our TT Steam Booster to recover heat from hood exhaust and minimize space requirements
- Power range:
- Conventional single-width machines: 3.5 to 5 MW
- Wide machines: 7 to 10 MW
