In tissue machines, hood exhaust has high energy content coming from high temperature and humidity. We offer a wide range of possible energy recovery systems to be customized to fulfil the needs of any site.
Through the selection of the most suitable heat exchanger (Indirect heat exchange: pipes or plates type; Direct heat exchange: wet scrubber), it is possible to produce:
- High-pressure or low-pressure steam (TT Steam Booster)
- Hot air for hood (combustion and make up air)
- Hot air for roof ventilation
- Warm water for building heating
- Warm water for process water/shower water/fresh water heating
