This premium reel is our top-tier reel solution, engineered to preserve consistent bulk and softness in premium tissue grades. Originally developed for structured paper (TAD technology), it also delivers excellent winding results on conventional tissue, making it a versatile choice for mills working across multiple lines.

Key features:

• Center Wind Assist (CWA): Electrical Motor system that drives the spool shaft so winding power needed from the reel drum is reduced allowing a lower nip load pressure to be used
• Lower yet accurate nip load control: load cells monitor real time nip load pressure between reel drum and winding paper reel and maintains it at desired setpoint to minimize fiber, bulk, and caliper compression
• Full sheet tension control: maintains consistent nip load pressure and winding MD tension from beginning to end of the wound parent reel
• High operating range: supports paper widths up to 5,600 mm, reel diameters up to 3,100 mm, and speeds up to 2,200 m/min
